MEDC Marks World Customer Service Week
Muscat Electricity Distribution Company, a member of Nama Group marks the World Customer Service Week by organizing a number of events. Marking the Customer Service Week comes from the belief in the significance of planting the customer care culture amongst the employees.
The events of the week this year are full activities that include paying visits by some officials to the company's offices spread across Governorate of Muscat to mark this global event that falls on the first of October each year amongst the employees.
There will be workshops that tackle topics such as the service licenses and services offered by the company as well as the procedures followed to deal with the customers’ complaints and the code of practice for customers in addition to the service rules for serving the customers with special needs.
