To ensure continuity of service Muscat Electricity Distribution Company opens its second call center

Muscat Electricity Distribution Company, a member of Nama Group, opened the company's second contact center in the presence of the company's CEO and a group of officials in the company's Zone3 of Willlayat Al Seeb (Mabellah).

The opening of the company's second contact center aims to find specialty in receiving subscribers calls according to the type of service they require, which will contribute to the speed of response, and quality of service.

The new contact center will focus on receiving 24-hour all weekday’s calls concerning interruptions in Muscat Governorate. This center ensures continuous response to subscribers' calls and inquiries in any emergency situation accrues to the first contact center and vice versa.
