Muscat Electricity Distribution Company concludes the activities and events of the week of customer services
Muscat Electricity Distribution Company -member of Nama Group-concluded its Customer Services Week, which coincides with the World Customer Service Week; the week was marked by many activities and events.
Engineer Abdullah bin Said Al Badri, Chief Executive Officer of the company, opened last week the event of the Customer Services Week by giving a speech urging staff to continue their efforts in the field of customer services that resulted acquiring the first position in the fields of customer services among all the companies of Nama Group, which was announced at the conclusion of the Fifth Edition of Musharaka 2017 Conference and he wished them success in the customer service week activities.
The activities of the week included visits to the offices of the company which spread through the provinces of Muscat Governorate Eng. Salman bin Ali Al-Hatali, the Chief Operation Officer for Supply, visited some of the company's offices where he met the employees and some customers. During his visit He also witnessed closely the work and listened to the demands of the customers as well as the difficulties facing the employees while giving the service, he also stressed on offering prime service and making the customer satisfaction the primary objective of the company.
The event also included a training workshop for the company employees through brainstorming to share ideas and visions that help simplify the procedures for some of the services provided by the company and make recommendations that improve the quality of services provided to customers.
Based on the keenness of the company to pay attention to all customers, people with special needs had number of visits during the Customer Services Week, as Some officials visited them in their houses and introduced them to the rules of work to serve special needs customers, which were prepared under the relevant conditions in the distribution and supply license.
