Muscat Electricity Distribution Company (MEDC) stated that its customers have to pay their electricity bills on a regular basis to avoid accumulation of bills on one hand, and for the company to get liquidity in which the company depends on running its business and improving its services on the other hand.

The company explained that it provides multiple payment channels to the customers under the current circumstances. For the sake of preserving the public safety, the monthly electricity bills could be easily paid throughout the following channels:

The company also indicated that its customers from the social security families and limited-income families in addition to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) affected by these conditions, can register through Dar Al Atta’s Association for individuals and Riyada for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) to pay their bills according to the conditions and amounts available, as part of the campaign " For Lasting Prosperity" that was launched recently by Nama Group.
