Money Transfer / Money Refund
In this application customer can request to transfer / refund the wrong paid fees or bills.
  1. Submit your request through MEDC electronic portal www.medcoman.com.
  2. Review and register the application if all documents are completed.
  3. If request is approved, MEDC will review again if approved check will issue for refund or the if transfer request then the amount will be transferred to the correct account.
  4. If there are any missing documents, you will receive SMS for update required with link to resubmit your request again.
  5. You will receive SMS for not approving your request.
Required documents
  1. Copy of valid I.D card / Resident Card
  2. Copy of Valid Tenancy agreement
  3. Copy of Last Paid Bill
  4. Signed Official Request
